Unlike many guarantees you see, Techclean Services’ no quibble guarantee is real and specific taking the worry out of your IT cleaning decisions. Our no quibble guarantee forms one of the key pillars in our commitment to delivering to you a consistently high level of customer service.
Service quality guarantee
We pride ourselves on the consistency of our service and we regularly train all our Operatives to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with the quality of our work.
If for any reason you are not satisfied and for any reason you are unhappy with the standard of work, and contact us within 48 hours of the work being completed, we will at no extra cost rectify your complaint within 7 seven working days.
Price guarantee
We will always offer you a unit price, or in the case of Data Room cleaning a fixed price, on the work we carry out, which means that the work is completed on budget, without any surprises or hidden fees, so you know exactly where you stand. (Please note – if we are asked to clean any additional equipment whilst on site we will register this on the Techclean job card).
Product guarantee
Many of the specialist products we use are unique to Techclean and have been developed specifically for deep cleaning IT equipment. They have all be tried and tested on both hardware and you the user.
