Why should you select a Techclean franchise?

  • The IT Cleaning Market is massive - 30% of the UK’s workforce uses a computer at work, which equates to 13.5 million employees. Expenditure on PC’s and peripherals represents the largest sector of the market for office equipment – accounting for almost 60% of sales a year.
  • Building a business with real value – Franchisees generate regular recurring revenues building a valuable asset.

  • Over 25 years of genuine heritage – our first franchisee joined our company in 1988 and still runs a profitable and successful operation.
  • No fixed franchise fees – Unlike many other franchise opportunities we do not charge you a fixed monthly fee, only a fee based on monthly turnover.
  • Robust systems and processes – Straight forward procedures provided to you in a comprehensive manual as well as TBOS our unique back office system devised to provide the franchise network with a number of useful administration functions including access to our central database and on-line product ordering.
  • A fully comprehensive starting package – all inclusive of your initial franchise fee of £18,950 + VAT you will receive a comprehensive package of marketing & business materials, uniforms, computer hardware & software, two weeks training, manuals, use of the Techclean license, bacteria analysis equipment and a generous initial stock of cleaning materials and fluids.
  • Training and Support – Help is always available. You will receive a comprehensive two week training programme providing you with a thorough grounding in running your own business as well as practical hands-on modules. Each training programme is specifically tailored to meet the needs of the new franchisee. And it doesn’t stop there! We have a dedicated support team at our head office and field based sales support and assistance closer to home.
  • Full time dedicated sales team – We have invested heavily in our franchise infrastructure including full time sales resources specifically employed to grow national business and assist franchisees with quotations when required.

British Franchise Association article - May '09

Is it easier to run a franchise with a friend rather than start up on your own?

Starting a business with someone you know well may seem like a good idea but conflicting views may occur causing a strain on the business.  So, is it easier to run a franchise with a friend rather than start up on your own?

Many of the stresses are removed simply by the fact that a franchise provides a proven business model.  With a franchise you can avoid the ‘dreaming stage’ and get straight down to actually making the business work.  Franchising gives an essential structure of support and the brand is already established.  Having straightforward guides leaves the franchisees free to run a driven business and make it work.  You become your own boss, but with support structures in place to help overcome many of the hurdles that can flaw new business start-ups.

Going into business with someone does provide that extra edge on generating ideas, motivation and provides a diverse range of business skills.  Franchising helps push these factors forward leaving you and your partner free to be creative and enjoy the success of running your own business.
