Rory, aged 66, retired from the City in 1995. During his career in the City, he was Managing Director of Bisgood International, Managing Director of Natwest International Securities, an Executive Director of Natwest Investment Bank and Managing Director of Bridge International Trading.
- Nick Zarach, Sales Director
Nick, aged 41, is a Chartered Surveyor and started his career in the City before moving into property, where he spent thirteen years running property companies both in the UK and USA.

Alistair, aged 43, is a Chartered Accountant, who qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Management Consultancy and Corporate Finance Divisions. He is a partner in Summers & Co, Chartered Accountants, in London and has extensive experience in bringing forward entrepreneurial businesses.

Robin, aged 61, has had a long career in the City. During his career he was Director of Bisgood International, International Director of Equities at County Natwest and a Director of Instinet (Reuters) UK, which he helped start. He is currently Chairman of Westcombe Investments Limited.
